OUR STORY

Born out of one man's love of fine food and another man's love of farming

In 2022, Paul Fincher and Dr. Hampton Vernon began a conversation about what it might be like to raise Japanese-quality beef using Japanese feeding and care techniques along with high quality Japanese Wagyu genetics. Hampton, a successful pediatrician, and Paul, a successful business owner, did not set out with the goal of having a large (or profitable) cattle operation, but merely a drive to see just how good of a steak they could produce and provide to friends and family.
